THE JAMMERY

 Field to Plate Food Preparation Area, Commercial Kitchen, Market Space

Details: From the outside this rustic feeling food hub will be built by friends and volunteers using reclaimed timbers. On the inside will be a highly functional commercial kitchen. There  will be separate pantries for non-profit user groups to store their supplies, and a field wash station just outside the door - a place were freshly harvested crops can be hosed down before entering the kitchen.

COMPOSTING TOILETS

Composting toilets may seem strange but they are our past and our future. Done right they are odourless, waterless, and a sustainable way to return nutrients to farmland - where they belong.
